David “Kit” Rosefield is the President and founder of Onsite Wastewater Management Inc.

Kit has been involved in the Onsite Wastewater Industry since 1990 and has attained numerous accreditations including, CWEA (California Water Environment Association) Certification as an Industrial Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator, NAWT, (National Association of Wastewater Transporters), and NSF (National Sanitation Foundation), International accreditations for Onsite Wastewater Treatment Systems Inspector. Kit is also a trained Proctor for the NSF Practical Exam program, and serves on the Board of Directors and Education & Training Committee of COWA, (California Onsite Wastewater Association). COWA is currently working with NAWT to develop a California Inspector Training and Accreditation program. Kit has been trained and certified as an instructor for this new program. Prior to his work in residential onsite, Kit worked on and managed numerous industrial and agricultural wastewater facilities.

Evelyn Rosefield serves as the Vice President/ Treasurer of Onsite Wastewater Management Inc. and also currently oversees our marketing efforts.

Evelyn has 25 years sales and marketing experience in retail store design and merchandising working with major national retail chain stores. After owning her own business, she consulted with several companies on their marketing and branding strategies. Since meeting Kit, she now focuses her energy and experience on human health and the environment. She has worked with Kit since January of 2004. For the last 15 years, she has explored the study and art of herbalism, enjoying the close relationship with nature. She has founded and served on the Board of several non profit organizations in California. Evelyn has a BA in Business Administration and Marketing from California State University Northridge.

Alain Samoun serves as the Director of Data Management for Onsite Wastewater Management Inc. and oversees the programming of both our web services, SepticGuy.com and On–SitePro.net.

Alain was born in France 1940. He holds a Masters in Chemistry from CNAM Paris. He was a high school teacher of Physics/Chemistry in Paris and Tunisia. He also holds a degree from UC extension Berkeley in Analytical Chemistry. Alain was the product manager for Spectro and Fluorometry, a line of instrumentation for Instruments SA France. He started "LAB Instruments, Inc." in California - a company specializing in instrumentation and software for oil exploration. He has developed several instruments for LAB Inc. and software for several oil companies. He had also developed software and websites for the visually impaired.

Beth is a web designer and illustrator based in Rohnert Park, CA. She and her archeologist husband share their home in the 'burbs with 3-year-old twins.
