As-Built Plan

The plan that depicts a OWTS (including dimensions, distances from dwellings, roads, surface water, wells) as it was built by a installing contractor. A copy of this plan should be on file with the local board of health and,or building permit office. It supplies the background information required by an Inspector to evaluate the design/siting of the system and subsequent performance. <
