Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF)

A low- or no-interest source of funding for installing, repairing and upgrading decentralized wastewater systems in small towns and rural and suburban areas. Federal and state contributions are used to capitalize or set up the programs. These assets are used to make low- or no-interest loans for important water quality projects.
